Instructions: 

This treatment plan may help: reduce the redness, swelling, flushing, and small pimples characteristic of rosacea when used regularly and as prescribed. 

The main mechanism of action is to reduce bacteria in pores and constrict the underlying vessels causing the redness. 

It may take up to several weeks to see maximum results, improvement normally occurs within 4 weeks. 

Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. 

Use the medicine exactly as directed. Using more medicine or applying it more often than prescribed will not make it work any faster, and may increase side effects. 

Do not take by mouth. Topical medicine is for use only on the skin. Avoid getting this medication in your eyes or mouth, if this does occur, rinse with water. 

Do not use on sunburned, broken skin, or skin affected by eczema. 

Wash your hands before and after applying the formula. 

Before applying, clean and dry the skin area to be treated. Do not cover the treatment area after application, this may cause too much medication to be absorbed and increase the risk of side effects. 

Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. 

You can use this medicine in conjunction with other topical skin products, but avoid other products that also contain Azelaic Acid, Oxymetazoline, other topical acids, other vasoconstrictors, or other topical medications unless directed otherwise by your doctor.

Allergies: 

This medication may cause allergic reactions if you are allergic to a component of the medication or medications similar to the ingredients in this product. 

If you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed (Ingredients: Azelaic Acid, Oxymetazoline) please stop the compound, reach out to us and contact your doctor. 

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, you may be having an acute allergic reaction and you need to get emergency medical help immediately.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:

Side Effects: 

You may experience side effects with these medications. 

These side effects are common and may go away with time and daily use:

• burning
• stinging
• tingling of the skin
• dryness
• itching
• peeling
• redness of the skin
• increased sensitivity to the sun may occur

If these symptoms are severe contact us and your doctor. 

Stop using this medicine and call your doctor at once if you have: 

• worsening of your rosacea symptoms
• numbness
• tingling
• cold feeling in your hands or feet
• pale or purple appearance in your fingers or toes
• blurred vision
• tunnel vision
• eye pain
• seeing halos around lights

You should also avoid other products known to cause skin irritation on the area of treatment such as: medicated or abrasive soaps, chemical hair removers or waxes, electrolysis, products with alcohol or astringents, and cosmetics with a strong drying effect.

• Do not use this cream if you are using a topical medication containing isotretinoin. 

• Do not take medications containing oxymetazoline with venlafaxine unless directed otherwise by your provider. Venlafaxine and oxymetazoline topical may increase blood pressure and heart rate, and combining them may increase these effects. You may need to switch to an alternative, adjust the dose, or monitor more frequently to safely use both medications.
