I forgot my password. Help!

Click reset password and follow the prompts. If you are experiencing difficulty, please email care@struthealth.com.

How do I track my order?

Once your evaluation is complete, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you have not received a tracking number please contact us at care@struthealth.com.

Will I Get To Speak With A Physician?

Some states do not require a phone consultation. If you are a good candidate for treatment your prescription will be approved and sent to the pharmacy to process and ship. You can always message the physician directly by logging into your Strut Account. Find the order you want to discuss, click on Active, and then message the physician directly under Physician Messages. Your physician will then get back to you as soon as possible.

How much is the prescription medication?

The cost varies, but all prices are listed on the product page of the website. Prices at local pharmacies or online are often higher than what we offer. We keep our prices very competitive, as well as offering free visits and shipping.

What if I’m having website issues?

Our customer service team is available to help. Call 1-833-Strut24, or email care@struthealth.com and we can help you troubleshoot any issues.

Who are the doctors prescribing medications for Strut?

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, prescriptions are non-returnable by law, but we may still be able to help. Contact our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to provide you with a solution. You are free to delay, suspend, or cancel your subscription at any time, although we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next order is set to process. We cannot guarantee refunds for any cancellation requests received after the pharmacy has processed your order.

Do I need to be home to sign for the order?

We do not require a signature upon receipt.

Is telehealth legal and safe?

Yes. Strut’s innovative medical platform allows our licensed physicians to treat patients remotely and safely via secure chat, phone, or video. Telemedicine laws allow physicians to practice medicine and prescribe medications online when collecting accurate and truthful information from a patient. A physician will customize a treatment plan for each patient to ensure it is safe and appropriate. The personalized treatment plan must be followed before taking any medication. A patient must adequately weigh the risks and benefits of the treatment plan after reviewing it entirely and fully understanding the content.

Is Strut covered by my insurance?

At this time, Strut does not accept insurance and services on the Strut are not covered by insurance. But, our services are often less expensive than most co-pays, especially when factoring in the free virtual office visit.
