Questions, answered.

How long does it take to get results?

Most patients see results within a few days for the simpler tests, and up to a couple of weeks for more complex testing. Timing depends on the tests in your panel, and some biomarkers take longer to process. You'll get an update as soon as your results are ready.

Do I need to fast?

Fasting may be required for certain tests, especially the more comprehensive ones. If it is: fast for 8 to 12 hours before your draw. Water is fine. Take your regular medications unless your provider tells you otherwise. Morning appointments make fasting easier. Review all of the information supplied to you after you purchase your test to know whether fasting is required.

Where can I go for my labs?

After you order, Junction finds a lab draw site near you from its nationwide network of partner labs. You'll get your location and scheduling details sent to you. Bring a photo ID and your order confirmation.

Will a provider review my results?

Yes. A Strut Health provider will review your results and follow up with you on the next steps. Your results also aren't a diagnosis. Your provider will explain what they mean for you, and if any additional steps can be taken.
