What is Strut Anti-Aging Formula?

Strut Anti-Aging Formula is a compounded medication that aims to help target common skin issues. Strut Anti-Aging Formula may help reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation (dark spots) and fine lines, brighten the skin, increase water retention of skin cells, increase elasticity, and reduce skin inflammation when used regularly and as prescribed.

What is a compounded medication?

A compounded medication is a prescription that is mixed up specifically for you based on your doctor’s request for a specific strength and dosage form. Compounded medications are not manufactured, but made in compounding pharmacies that follow a formula ‘recipe’ customized to your condition to create an individualized medication for you.

How does Strut Anti-Aging Formula work?

Strut Anti-Aging Formula contains a physician and pharmacist formulated mixture of ingredients which target the healthy appearance of skin. Tretinoin is a derivative of vitamin A found to increase healthy cell turnover which helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and dark spots. Niacinamide is vitamin B3 which may help brighten the complexion, reduce appearance of wrinkles, reduce water loss through the skin, improve elasticity, and fight inflammation. Lactic acid is an organic acid which may help with fine lines and wrinkles by increasing collagen production and preventing skin breakdown caused by UV exposure. Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of skin and connective tissues which helps retain moisture and plump up skin cells.

How should I use Strut Anti-Aging Formula?

Apply a thin layer of cream on the entire face avoiding the mouth or eye area, and rub in gently. Apply once daily at nighttime or follow your doctor's specific orders. Wash hands before and after application.  Follow your doctor's specific orders if you are unsure how to use the medication.

What are the common side effects of Strut Anti-Aging Formula?

The most common side effects of Strut Anti-Aging Formula are itching, redness, scaling, dryness, peeling, burning, stinging, and increased sensitivity to the sun. These side effects may be worse in the first few weeks of treatment and may lessen after 3-4 weeks. Using a gentle moisturizer and daily sunscreen may help reduce side effects.
